A Presentation on Online Data Collection
Collection of data is often done with paper and pencil, followed by data
entry into a spreadsheet.
This is time consuming, expensive and often yields inaccurate results
through transcription errors. Online forms can be used
to gather information for any list
(i.e. Alumni, Faculty Information,
Mailing Lists, Program Sponsors and Donors, etc.).

Supplemental Student Personnel form for Field Experience and Practicum
Students
Requested by: Professor Lorli Dimaala, Deputy Chair,

This form would in theory could completed by students
after completing all course registration and paperwork, or
by her office staff.
The results could be available in a spreadsheet with instant viewing by authorized administrators,
in a password protected environment.
