Technology enhances teaching and learning, increases the pace of learning, and supports creativity on the part of our faculty and students. Instructors and students alike use a variety of programs which allow them to create videos, movies and multimedia screen captures These media files are then published to websites such as Teachertube.com, Screencast.com and even the personal websites (e-portfolios) of staff and students.

To view some graduate students visit Teachertube.com, a FREE Internet public website, and use search words

Are you an instructor that want to encourage your students to create an extra credit video assignment or perhaps allow an alternate assignment exemplifying course outcomes? click the Add Video button on the left or send your students to addvideo.webhop.org for tutorials. Then sit back and watch the results while allowing others in your class to review the newly created video/multimedia files.

These videos are supplemental to reading assignments used in EdPs620 and aid in the better understanding of the of theoretical concepts of Leo Vygotsky . Students first read from Dr. Karpov's book and then view these author video-episodes with Dr. Karpov explaining Vygotskian ideas.

Professor Anna Toom hosts these videos on her website and uses them in her online course EdPs620.
