Course Outline Templates
Instructors are asked to complete a
course outline using the General Course Outline (below), and submit it to their program head one week before the course
begins.

template. (viewing is just that. I t will NOT allow you to make changes and save
them)
Instructions to Download: (You must first save the file to your
computer before completing it).
1. Right Click on the General Course Outline above
2. Choose "Save Target As" ( you may wish t o save it to My Documents)
3. Now open the file from your computer in MS Word.
4. Complete it
5. Save the completed document to your computer
6. Close MS Word.
7. Now email your completed file, as an attachment, to your program head.
8. Please use the following Subject Line "XX Course Outline Su08 - Prof. (your
name)". Note "XX is your course number".
Please note that we are in the
process of developing course specific outlines which will appear in the table
below.
These course specific outlines will have much of the required information
(i.e., course description, student outcomes, etc.)
and will be simpler to use
than the General Course Outline.
Check back soon to see if your course specific
outline is listed below.
